Open Floor is an embodiment, freeform movement practice with no steps to learn. We will sweat, breathe, move and be moved. A music-led dance journey, with simple embodied explorations to help us drop deeply into our moving meditation. We'll take time to land in our bodies; letting our natural, soulful choreography unfold.
