Inside we journey with wild musical soundscapes and outside with the natural landscape.

In London’s urban nature we’ll move with simple movement scores as we encounter trees, clouds, soil, air, birds.

Fingers listening to the soil

Tongue tasting the air

Back body awake to the invisible

Listening to the language of the wild, we will bring movement, heart and attention to our conversations with the natural world.

Becca is an Open Floor Teacher, Dance Movement Psychotherapist and artist. She has studied Walk of Life non-stylised environmental movement with Helen Poynor.

Open to all – no previous dance experience necessary.

Time: 11-5pm

Cost: £40 / £45 / £50 (sliding scale depending on income)
